• Viroqua clinics (Erlandson Building basement, 318 Fairlane Drive) — 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, May 1; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 2; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 3; 12–4 p.m. Thursday, May 4; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, May 5
• La Farge clinic (La Farge Medical Clinic, 206 N. Mill St.) — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, May 19
• Ontario clinic (Ontario Municipal Building, 205 State St.) — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 16
• Hillsboro clinic (Hillsboro Wesleyan Church, 1020 High Ave.) — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 17
