The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office arrested two people Tuesday as the result of its narcotics investigation.
Taeryn Kay Johnson, 35, and Donald Lee Bell, 29, were apprehended at their residence on Tri-State Road in the town of Viroqua and transported to the Vernon County Detention Center for multiple charges of manufacturing methamphetamine. Charges will be sought through the Vernon County District Attorney’s Office. Both Bell and Johnson are on probation.
The sheriff’s office was assisted by the West Central MEG Unit, the Hazardous Materials Response Team, the Viroqua Fire Department, the Vernon County Department of Human Services, and the Vernon County Health Department.
The Vernon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the case.
