Trick-or-treat hours and Halloween activities will be offered Monday, Oct. 31, in the following locations:
• Elroy — Trick-or-treat hours will be from 4–7 p.m.
• Kendall — Trick-or-treat hours will be from 4–7 p.m.
• Norwalk — Trick-or-treat hours will be from 4–7 p.m. The Norwalk Lions Club will have a costume contest at the Norwalk Community Center at 7 p.m.
• Ontario — Trick-or-treat hours will be from 4–7 p.m. The Ontario Community Club will host roller-skating at the Ontario Community Hall from 6–8 p.m.
• Wilton — Trick-or-treat hours will be from 5–7 p.m.
