The mystery-book group’s next meeting will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, when we’ll discuss Dorothy Gilman’s “A Palm for Mrs. Pollifax,” the fourth book in the “Mrs. Pollifax” mystery series. From NoveList, provided by BadgerLink: “An innocent-looking grandmother who has a knowledge of karate agrees to help the CIA recover plutonium that has been stolen.”
The mystery book group will meet again Friday, Oct. 5, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. to discuss Gilman’s “Mrs. Pollifax on Safari,” the fifth book in the “Mrs. Pollifax” mystery series.
