The Norwalk-Ontario-Wilton School District, in cooperation with surrounding communities and agencies that provide services to families with young children, will host its 2017 Child Development Day from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, in the N-O-W Elementary School gymnasium.
