The Monroe County Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) will issue benefits and offer nutrition-education days in June.
Participants may come to the WIC office in Sparta from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, or from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 18.
WIC provides healthful foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare and community resources.
