The Kendall Public Library’s movie night for May is set for Friday, May 19, and will feature “Far from Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog.”
This family-friendly movie is rated PG. Set against the backdrop of the Canadian wilderness, this movie tells the story of a young boy and his dog.
The movie will begin at 6:30 p.m. at St. John’s Church Fellowship Hall in Kendall. Free soft drinks and popcorn will be provided, and everyone is welcome. This will be our last movie until fall.

Our book and bake sale is going Thursday, May 4, and Friday, May 5, during regular library hours. We will also be open for the sale on Saturday, May 6, from 8:30 a.m. to noon. Thank you to everyone who donated items for this sale. All proceeds will go to our library’s expansion/remodeling project.
