A juvenile male was arrested June 24 in Ontario for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a restricted controlled substance, according to Ontario Police Chief Philip Welch.
The juvenile also received other traffic citations. Additionally, two adult female passengers, Ashlyn Osmond and Allison Leis, were released from the traffic stop with citations for possession of drug paraphernalia.
