Hot Reads for Cold Nights program underway at Norwalk Public Library

By JEANNE RICE | Norwalk Public Library director

Hot Reads for Cold Nights 2018 started at the Norwalk Public Library on Jan. 2, and the prizes are Hot Reads mugs and book bags.

Check out a book from the Norwalk Public Library, read it, write a brief book report using the form you can pick up at the desk, and win a mug or a book bag. Anyone of any age can participate. The book reports will be in a three-ring binder at the desk.

The Norwalk-Ontario-Wilton Elementary School Traveling Preschool Playgroup will visit the Norwalk Public Library from 10–11:30 a.m. on the following Wednesdays: Jan. 17, Feb. 14, March 14 and April 18.  Bring your 3-, 4- or 5-year-old for a chance to play, hear stories, and have snacks. Please feel free to bring younger or older children.
