Echo Valley Hope, a rural Ontario nonprofit, will offer a peace class starting Saturday, Feb. 24, and continuing each Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon for 10 consecutive weeks.
It will be at the Ontario Public Library.
The class is a free, 10-week “exploration of components of peace,” according to a press release prepared by Echo Valley Hope.
“Based on the non-religious talks of Prem Rawat, these one-hour sessions provide in-depth considerations of the following: peace, appreciation, inner strength, self-awareness, clarity, understanding, dignity, choice, hope and contentment,” according to the press release.
