Carol (Mikolajczak) Melby, 71, of Greenfield, Wis., passed away Dec. 29, 2015.
She is survived by her son, Ryan (Marya), and her grandchildren, Noah, Dominic and Liam. She also is survived by her sister, Ardena (Steve); her brothers-in-law, Duane (Karen) and Alan (Loriann) her mother-in-law, Louise Melby of Cashton; and her nieces and nephews, Aimee, Mallory (Lumpry), Kirsten, Kyle, Jeremy and Lucas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger.
Interment was at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Eternal rest grant unto Carol and Roger and may the perpetual light shine on them.
