The Kendall Village Board hired Baraboo, Wis.-based MSA Professional Services on Oct. 13 to serve as an administrator for its watertower restoration project.

The project, which will cost an estimated $100,000 to $150,000, will consist cleaning and painting, among other tasks.

The village intends to do the project next year.

Other business

• Trick-or-treat hours were set for 4-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31.

• The board will consider revising an ordinance, changing it to require a dog to have both a rabies tag and an ID tag.

• Operator’s licenses were issued to Amber Rhodes, Amanda Ross and Angela Dwyer.
