Friday, Sept. 12: As Dennis McNeal of Decorah, Iowa, attempted to turn left from Highway 35 to Zitzner Road in the town of Wheatland, Roland Brandau of Tomah tried to pass him. No injuries occurred in the ensuing crash between the McNeal van and the Brandau semi.
Saturday, Sept. 13: The Blackhawk Park manager reported that the sign for Blackhawk Park, which is in the town of Wheatland, had been stolen again.
Saturday, Sept. 13: A homeowner on Highway 56 in the town of Jefferson reported that the side of his house had been spattered with orange and yellow paint, possibly from a paintball gun.
Sunday, Sept. 14: A homeowner in Stoddard reported damage to his house that possibly had been caused by a paintball gun.
