As the school year approaches, we will resume delivery to our in-home daycare providers. If you provide childcare in your Wilton-area home and would like to have library books delivered to your house twice a month, contact the library at wiltonlibrary@wrlsweb.org or 435-6710.

Thank you for the kind response to our yarn drive for the charity knitters at the Jackson Correction Institution. We are packing up seven laundry baskets full of yarn that will be used by inmates who will learn a new skill and create something for others.

In September, the library book-discussion group will discuss “The Things They Carried” by Tim O’Brien. Our classic-novels book group will discuss “100 Years of Solitude” by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Both of these titles are available at the circulation desk.

You don’t have a library card? Or perhaps it has been a long time since you’ve seen your card. There is no cost to receive a new card; we can quickly issue you a replacement. As always, library cards are free, and we’d love to serve you.
