After his second arrest this year for domestic-abuse-related charges, an Ontario man was taken to Vernon County Jail on Saturday.
Officers apprehended Nicholas J. Dibbert, 30, of 207 Church St., charging him with domestic abuse/disorderly conduct, false imprisonment and obstruction of a police officer, according to police records.
In connection with a January incident at 207 Church St., Dibbert was convicted March 31 on domestic abuse/battery and disorderly conduct charges. In that case, he was fined, sentenced to 30 days in jail, and placed on probation.
State of Wisconsin Probation and Parole ordered that Dibbert be jailed for violating his probation.
