Wednesday, May 28: Derek Foley of Ellsworth, Wis., hit a deer on County Highway N in the town of Sterling, totaling his motorcycle. Wearing head protection, Foley suffered minor injuries.
Thursday, May 29: Victor Jaynes of La Farge lost control of his vehicle when he swerved to avoid a deer on E. Bloomingdale Road in the town of Clinton, going off the road and striking a tree. He did not report injuries in the crash.
Thursday, May 29: Peter Treige of Platteville, Wis., backed into the guardrail at Stoddard Kwik Trip. No injuries were reported.
Friday, May 30: Russell Crofton of Richland Center lost control of his vehicle on a curve of County Highway XX in the town of Jefferson. He crossed the oncoming traffic lane, hit the ditch and came to rest in the middle of the road. He reported no injuries in the crash.
Saturday, May 31: Kaleb Berg of De Soto lost control of his vehicle on a curve of County Highway UU in the town of Wheatland. He went off the road and overturned, totaling his vehicle. Berg then walked home after the crash.
Sunday, June 1: Susan Egge of La Farge lost control of her vehicle on a curve of County Highway D in the town of Clinton. She crossed the oncoming traffic lane, went down a steep embankment and struck a tree, totaling her vehicle and suffering minor injuries. A private party transported her to Vernon Memorial Hospital.
