Two Cashton men and a Warrens woman were arrested on theft and drug possession charges after an alleged shoplifting attempt from Walmart in Tomah on Saturday, according to the Tomah Police Department.

Ura E. Gingerich, 23, and Jeremiah J. Mowery, 23, both of Cashton, along with Jamiee L. Perry, 23, of Warrens allegedly concealed items and left the store with the merchandise. As the investigation continued, officers searched Gingerich’s vehicle, finding 2.8 grams of heroin and paraphernalia, according to Tomah police. Police also seized $784 in cash.

The three face the following charges:

• Gingerich — possession of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, and probation and parole hold

• Perry — possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft and misdemeanor bail jumping

• Mowery — retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia
